Connect in community with
Madison Memory Meet-ups

We understand how difficult it can be to find inclusive, accessible environments where everyone feels comfortable and engaged —especially those living with dementia.

Our meetups are designed to fill that gap by offering relaxed, informal gatherings where participants can enjoy time together in a supportive setting

What to Expect:

  • Monthly Meetups: Events are held on the third Wednesday of every month, from 9:30am-11:00am at the UW Research Park, 510 Charmany Drive, Room 50 in Madison

  • Lightly Structured Activities: Meet-ups will feature a number of activity 'stations' that attendees can enjoy between based on interest. Examples of activities include: arts & crafts, puzzles, coffee circle, music - and more!

  • Supportive Presence: Staff from the Middleton Dementia Friendly Community Coalition and Helping Hands at Home will be on-site to provide assistance, answer questions, and offer guidance as needed.

  • Safety First: We kindly ask that all attendees living with dementia be accompanied by a responsible caregiver or companion.

Join us in building a community where everyone is valued, supported, and included.
